Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Time:

Within the UAE: 1–3 business days.

• Outside the UAE: 3–10 business days.

Shipping Fees:

• Within the United Arab Emirates: Free delivery.

• Outside the UAE: An additional shipping fee of 80 AED applies.

Delivery Delays:
We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If the supply of products is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of the delay.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Mukhawar is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error during fulfillment we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
